Who are rock and roll's greatest singers?I want to follow Fans lead and come up with a survey where we rate who are the best rock and roll vocalists. We can discuss what makes a great singer - is it sheer power, range, the ability to convey the particular emotion or feeling of a song? Can some singers do all three of these components. We can also mention how some singers have lost a step and some are still strong as ever today after 30-40 years. I have ideas, but I want to throw this out to our posters. I've never tried creating a blog, so I'll take pointers too. But it sounds like something we can have fun tossing around for a while.

About who are the best rock singers?
I'm going to try my hand at this and come up with something where we rate who are rock and rolls greatest singers. Some singers are known for their sheer volume, others have great range and other singers are able to effectively convey the emotions or feelings in a song ( a must for the blues genre). Maybe someone can do all three. What is it that separates certain singers from others? I'll try like Fans to come up with a top 10 list, but for now, I want to see what your thoughts are.
